What happens next

A conversation, then a clear proposal.

Eugene will discuss the work with you and set out the proposed scope, monthly fee and how substantial or specialist matters will be handled.

The core business retainer is R15,000 plus VAT a month, with disbursements and separately agreed work additional. Your selections describe your needs; they do not automatically include every service at that fee.

For the agreed ordinary ongoing work, there is no allocation of calls or hours to use up. Some months are busier than others. The relationship is month to month.

Company secretarial administration is arranged separately through Wilma. Litigation mandates, major transactions and external advisers have their own agreed scope and costs.
